Registration and fees must be received by end of business on Friday, March 12, 2010 to be eligible for the following rates:

HQPNJ members - $60
Non-members - $75

Registration fee includes program costs, continental breakfast and lunch.

If you anticipate a delay with your organizational check please send a personal check and let your organization reimburse you.

We encourage participants to register early.  On-site registration fees are $75.00 for members and non-members, space permitting.  Please note that program handout availability may be limited.

No refunds will be granted after the Friday, March 12, 2010 deadline.
